Seeking to build a dating site/social network using beginners skills in programming. Will use ASP.net or PHP on Windows OS, want to have it fully customizable for creativity, partly WYSIWYG, and not under complete control to a dating software company. I want to purchase the software and run under my ownership and have Ad capability. Any recommendations?
