I need a script where the user will pay £X for a .pdf which they will get when the transfer is complete. Is there one?

I’ve worked with phpMYChat in the past, so when I decided to create a chat room on my website, that’s what I installed. However, my Norton has twice blocked my page and informed me that it was a known fraudulent web site. Since I know there is nothing wrong with my site, the problem has to be phpMyChat. I need recommendations for a good stable chat script, or a good chat service.
I was told that in order to use libcurl, I need to rebuild my PHP install. What does that mean? I downloaded all of the necessary files for libcurl and I guess I am a bit naive but I expected it to work. What do I need to do to my PHP install? Do I need to reconfigure it in some way? I don’t understand this? I thought php only has to be installed on the server? If you don’t have php installed on your computer what does it mean? You cannot edit php code? I have edited php code using dreamweaver so does that mean i have it? I’m confused.
