Seeking to build a dating site/social network using beginners skills in programming. Will use ASP.net or PHP on Windows OS, want to have it fully customizable for creativity, partly WYSIWYG, and not under complete control to a dating software company. Asp coders are more expensive than their php counterparts.
There are also loads of open-source php scripts around so customization is much easier. Stick with php!
